IT Bossen AB (Swedish org. no. 559418-0571) is the controller of the personal data processed on itbossen.se and when you contact us. This page describes what data that is and what we do with it.

When you contact us

If you write to us through the contact form or by email, we process what you give us: your name, email address and message. We only use it to reply to you and handle your request. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering questions, or a contract if your request leads to an assignment.

The message is kept in our email for as long as the matter is open and deleted afterwards, unless the law requires us to keep it longer – for example bookkeeping rules if the request becomes an assignment.

Cookies and statistics

itbossen.se uses no cookies for tracking or marketing and no visitor statistics that profile you. Our hosting provider keeps technical logs (such as IP address and time) for a short period to keep the website secure and available.

Service providers

We use providers that process data on our behalf: Vercel (hosting the website), Resend (delivering messages from the contact form) and Google (email). If data is processed outside the EU/EEA, this is done with the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We never sell personal data or share it with anyone else for marketing purposes.

Our apps

The data an app processes is described on its page in the App Store and Google Play and in the app itself. If you have questions about one of our apps, you are welcome to contact us.

Your rights

You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have errors corrected and to have data deleted. You can also object to the processing or ask for it to be restricted. Email toni@kazarian.se and we will help you. If you are not happy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, IMY (imy.se).
